Free Personal Trainers and Free Personal Training

Well… What can I say… You get what you pay for! This industry is just like any other
and if you want the best you pay for it. However, don’t be mislead by the rip roar of
fancy clubs, gyms and studios who WAY over bill. It’s because of this, people all over,
are looking for free personal trainers and free personal training! If you have to take out
a second mortgage on your house, you may want to consider alternate options!

That’s why you always here us say, “we are not Doctors, so we don’t bill like we’re
Doctors”.

Training prices are getting OUT OF CONTROL! Yes, we offer free workouts online.
Yes, we give extra advice, support, longer workouts, extra sessions and so on BUT we
are not free. On the other hand, we also do not over bill for a service industry that is
saturated with garbage and “fads”.

Make your own decisions about what you are willing to pay for help with your goals,
motivation, program (that works) and think about these things:

You want a trainer who will help you find room in your budget and work with you fairly.
Up-selling you what you can’t afford is one thing that you don’t need. You are already
stressed that you need help and have to find room in your budget! You want a trainer
who DOES NOT try to UPSELL to you. (Don’t finance for a year just so you can get help
for 4 months! What if it doesn’t work!!! Gyms that do this want your money, not the
opportunity to work for you (BECAUSE IT IS AN OPPORTUNITY)! I know that we can
afford to bill you less because your success and results will make you a walking
business card for us and your referrals, indirect or direct, will bring us more clients! I
thank you, in advance!! for your referrals and we bill you less!

With prices ranging in the industry from $25 – $105/hour (and more), let me give you the
break down so you have a little more to think about.

$25 – $45/Session:
Trainers new to the industry.
Trainers advertising on Kijiji and are not a professional business.
Trainers who don’t know the industry and bill a “non-scary” amount for people who can’t
afford much.

$50 – $65/Session
Trainers who understand that the industry is overpriced.
Trainers who wish to help more people.
Trainers who are successful enough and have helped enough people that they can
afford to bill less.

$70 +

Trainers who think they are really worth this amount (no one is) – We help people get fit
and reach their goals.
Trainers who say they are elite and work with “typical” people who can “afford” them:
Doctors and Lawyers for example. This is bull**it. EVERYONE DESERVES help!
Celebrity Trainers. Just because they train someone famous, doesn’t mean they’re
worth more. This just means their name will be associated with a celebrity. Ask yourself
if you can put in the same amount of time in a day to train, if your food can be prepared
for you etc…

So what is your trainer worth??
