That way, I don’t have the impression that I’m doing too much of only one thing, or that it’s taking too much of my time. I can then do something else I have on my agenda after knowing that I have done something good for myself that will keep me in shape for the rest of the day.

Just like in business, keeping a record of your progress can really be a great motivator. You can monitor and determine how much progress you have done so far and how good you keep on going.

Keeping records will also help you determine if you failed or never made a change at all, and what you should change in order to have the results you want.

But what are you going to record? Basically, recording your measurments and your weight will do. But don’t get obsessed. Don’t record it daily, setting it up in a weekly basis would be quite reasonable.

For some, sharing their success to others can add to their motivation, while for others keeping things more anonymous work best for them. It can be good to share each success of progress with your family and friends and you will absolutely be an inspiration to them as well.

But just don’t make the mistake of talking about losing weight and not doing nothing about it. Usually, seeing the results in a person is a better witness for others then constantly hearing them talking about it without seeing any changes at the end of the line.
