Mr Nigel FlowersChairman of the Board
Nigel Flowers has high level experience in financial management and service delivery.
CEO and founder of the Flowers & Partners Financial Group, Mr Flowers has worked for more than 17 years in the financial services industry. Flowers and Partners provides a suite of financial services to over 1500 medical, dental, veterinarian, chiropractic and legal professionals across Australia. These services include taxation, investment, risk management, property investment, property management and financing.
Mr Phillip Aris
A senior executive for over 20 years in Australia, Asia and the United Kingdom, Phillip Aris has experience in consumer finance, retail and financial services.
His previous positions include Regional Director of Thorn EMI for the Asia Pacific with responsibility for business development and finance; Head of Credit Cards for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (overseeing an $AUD 100 million profit business and 2.8 million clients); and Managing Director of Wealth Union, a leading niche financial service consulting firm.

Dr Pramodh Nathaniel
An Australian doctor with an extensive background in international health and aviation medicine, Dr Pramodh Nathaniel is the founder of Avisis Health.
Dr Nathaniel was the Oceania Regional Deputy Medical Director of International SOS, the world’s largest medical assistance company. He has senior consulting experience in innovative eHealth programs and has developed programs for in-flight medical management that are employed on behalf of several international airlines. Working in many countries has given Dr Nathaniel an in-depth understanding of health processes and facilities around the world, especially in the Asia region.
Dr Ron Smart
An internationally-recognised education specialist, Dr Ron Smart has held positions at prestigious Australian and American secondary and tertiary institutions. He has established post-graduate degree programs in several Australian institutions. In 1995, he retired as Principal from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, arguably one of the most influential positions in Australian music academia.
Dr Smart is the Dean of Postgraduate and International Studies at the Australian Institute of Music; Honorary Professor of Music at Nagoya University of Arts, Japan; Chief Visiting Guest Conductor of Guangzhou (China) Symphony Orchestra; Visiting Guest Conductor of Shanghai Symphony Orchestra. In 1990, Dr Smart was awarded the Australian Public Service Medal (PSM) in the prestigious Queen’s Birthday Honours List for his service to music and education.
